A Place to Gather

Guardian Angel Meditation, Reiki & Sound

An evening of quiet connection, healing, and receiving.

We’ll begin with a guided meditation to connect with the presence and support of your Guardian Angel-creating space to listen, receive, and simply be.

From there, settle into an Angelic Frequency Sound Immersion while receiving group Reiki, allowing sound, energy, and stillness to come together in one deeply restorative experience.

No experience with meditation, Reiki, or energy work is needed.

This will be a small, intimate gathering, so space is limited and preregistration is required.

As a breast cancer survivor, I understand the importance of self-care while undergoing treatment. I also understand the significance of feeling cared for.  Reiki has been shown to be helpful in improving well-being, relaxation, pain relief, sleep quality and anxiety.
