Healing is a process of change and growth towards an emotionally and physically balanced lifestyle. Begin by observing yourself, your relationships, your patterns; your inner world is a reflection of your outer world. What do you see? How do you feel? What can you do or say differently? Small changes add up! Be mindful. You can choose to live a balanced and fulfilling life. Energy Healing, Yoga and Meditation are key factors in your healing journey.
As each individual begins to heal their life, we begin to raise our vibration and the vibration of those around us. This elevates the collective as a whole and begins to bring the world one step closer to living in peace and harmony. Everything we feel and do relates to our well-being and directly affects our actions, emotions and the world around us. Having a mindfulness approach in all aspects of your life (i.e. your environment, community, belief systems, physical activities, self care, and creative activities) and being present will help facilitate a life of balance and inner peace. In order to attain this and ensure positive moments in your life, you need to find balance between mind, body, and spirit.
Reiki, pronounced ‘ray-key,’ is an ancient Japanese form of alternative medicine called energy healing. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means "universal, spiritual consciousness, wisdom from God’' and (Ki) which means "life force, energy that inhabits all living things." Although Reiki is spiritual in nature, it has no religious affiliations and causes no harm. It is a subtle, gentle, and effective form of energy work where practitioners act as
a conduit for the energy. We access the energy, it is transferred through the hands and directed into the client. Energy flows within and around the physical body and throughout the subtle body. Even though we are often called healers, the Reiki practitioner does not actually "heal" the client. We facilitate balance within the client’s spiritual, mental, emotional and physical body, which in turn creates the space needed for the body to heal itself naturally.
